Founded in 1991 by a group of Southern Californian cycling enthusiasts who envisioned bicycle lighting systems utilising the latest technology with trend setting designs, Cygolite developed a line of systems that made it synonymous with innovation and quality. Over 20 years later, they still lead the way, creating rechargeable lighting systems inspired through test rides on the trails and roads then engineered and assembled in their California headquarters.

LEDs: Cygolite uses energy efficient and durable high brightness lighting technologies. LEDs have become the standard lighting solution in many industries, and continue to improve at an impressive rate. As LED technology advances, they do their part to provide riders with industry-leading bicycle lighting systems.

Lithium-ion batteries: Lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries have one of the highest energy densities among rechargeable batteries. Not only do rechargeable batteries eliminate replacement costs and waste, their compact size and exceptional run times allow us to push the limits of light system brightness without compromising your performance.

Exclusive features: Cygolite gives riders the advantage with exclusive in-house developments such as On-Site Programmable (OSP) and 24/7 Safety Technology. They bring the riding experience to a new level by allowing cyclists to have control over a range of easily customisable brightness levels and advanced safety features. (OSP patent pending)
