It was super important to develop a family of cockpit components that allow us to quantify the setup so we could dial things in accurately in a repeatable way, while also feeling right in terms of compliance and geometry.

Greg Minnaar - Over a career spanning more than two decades, Greg Minnaar has secured four UCI Downhill World Championships, three World Cup overall titles, and holds the record for the most men's World Cup wins with 22 career victories. In 2024 he joined forces with Norco Factory Racing and developed a downhill cockpit with Cast. After 25 years at the pinnacle of the sport, he remains dedicated to developing cutting edge components and mentoring emerging talent.
Fabio Wibmer - A world-famous Austrian rider known for his jaw-dropping stunts and viral videos that showcase extreme athleticism, high-level technical riding, and cinematic storytelling. Combining his skills in street trials, freeride, and downhill mountain biking with a passion for filmmaking, Fabio has built a massive online following through high production videos like Wibmer’s Law and Urban Freeride Lives. Fabio’s ability to turn everyday environments into adrenaline packed playgrounds makes him a trailblazer in both riding and content creation, inspiring riders and viewers alike. Fabio has been working with us to develop a new 24" Street Trials tire that pushes the boundaries of what's possible on two wheels.
Danny MacAskill - A professional street trials and mountain biker renowned for his extraordinary skills and innovative riding style. Since his breakout in 2009 with the viral video Inspired Bicycles, Danny has been blending his fearless riding style with creative video concepts that captivate millions. His films, like The Ridge, Imaginate, and Cascadia aren’t just about impressive tricks; they’re crafted with stunning cinematography, unique themes, and a personal touch that sets his work apart. More than just a rider, he’s become a creative force, pushing the boundaries of both riding and content creation making him one of the most iconic figures in biking. Danny has been collaborating with us to create a new 24" Street Trials tire that redefines what's possible on two wheels.
Gracey Hemstreet - One of the most exciting talents in downhill mountain biking. In February 2024, she made history as the first female rider to complete a full run at Red Bull Hardline in Tasmania, further cementing her status as a top competitor. Gracey’s career to date includes multiple junior World Cup and World Championship titles. In 2024, she joined the Norco Race Division and achieved a podium finish in the Elite Women’s class at her home race in Mont-Sainte-Anne. In 2025, she continued her rise by claiming back to back World Cup victories at Loudenvile and Leogang, establishing herself as a serious contender on the Elite circuit.
Greg Callaghan - One of Ireland's most accomplished mountain bikers, known for his aggressive yet calculated riding style, and passion for the sport. Based in Dublin, Greg competed in the inaugural Enduro World Series in 2013, and in 2015, he made history by winning the Emerald Enduro in Wicklow, becoming the first Irish rider to claim an EWS victory. With multiple EWS podium finishes and a world ranking of 5th in 2024. He continues to inspire the next generation while competing on the world stage, remaining a celebrated figure in enduro mountain biking. Greg's input was critical in developing our EFX standard mount stem, putting prototypes to the test during the 2024 EWS circuit.
Kriss Kyle - A world-renowned BMX and mountain bike rider known for his groundbreaking projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible on two wheels. Kriss’ innovative style embodies Cast’s vision to support crossover between gravity disciplines. His viral videos, such as The Street Series, Unchained, and The Dreamline showcase his exceptional skills and artistic approach, often blending BMX tricks with MTB features in unexpected locations. Kriss continues to captivate audiences with his cinematic, high production videos that not only highlight his riding talent but also his passion for creative expression, inspiring riders across both BMX and mountain biking communities.
Danny Hart - Rising to global prominence with a legendary win at the 2011 UCI Downhill World Championships in Champery, Switzerland beating his closet rival by over 11 seconds in muddy, treacherous conditions. Nicknamed the Redcar Rocket, Danny’s early start included BMX and cross-country racing. He began riding World Cup events at age 16, quickly gaining attention with results including a bronze at the Junior World Championships in Canberra. His breakthrough year came in 2016 where he clinched his first-ever World Cup victory at Lenzerheide and promptly followed it up with a three-race sweep with wins at Mont-Sainte-Anne and Vallnord to finish second overall in the World Cup series.
